KATE’S SPRING SELF CARE TIPS

These tips are a part of my daily practice. Remember, your skincare routine extends far beyond the products you apply – it’s about nurturing your body and soul from the inside out!

De-Stress: Step outside and soak up some sunshine (with sunscreen, of course!). Establish a daily routine of deep breathing – try a four-second inhale, expanding your belly, hold for four seconds, then exhale for another four. Repeat this cycle ten times for a quick relaxation boost.

Hydrate: Drinking water is key, aim for half your body weight in ounces every day. For an extra boost, add a pinch of Celtic salt. It’s packed with over 200 minerals and enhances water absorption.

Laugh: Surround yourself with people who uplift you. Laughter isn’t just fun, it’s a stress buster and a beauty enhancer!

Prioritize Sleep: Restful sleep allows your skin to repair and rejuvenate. 8 hours for me, please!

Eat Wisely: Focus on a variety of WHOLE foods. Remember, if it comes in a box, it likely isn’t offering the best nutrition for your body to thrive.

MOVE Your Body: Regular movement isn’t just good for your body; it sharpens your mind, improves sleep, and supports healthier eating habits. Try to incorporate any form of movement daily.
